About Compass Therapists
Dedicated to providing compassionate and professional mental health services to our community.

Our Story
Compass Therapist is a psychotherapeutic and life coaching initiative that harmoniously blends modern psychotherapy with WTF - Taekwondo base Fitness Sport and Spiritual concepts.
True to its name, Compass Therapy serves as a guiding force—helping individuals navigate life’s emotional storms, rediscover their inner direction, and move toward healing, clarity, and purpose.
At its core, Compass Therapy exists for those seeking more than surface-level motivation. It is for the spiritually curious, the emotionally burdened, and the soul-searchers who long to correct their life’s course and unlock their full potential.
Through personal coaching, storytelling, fitness exercise and deeply rooted psychological, and spiritual practices, Compass Therapy does not just treat symptoms—it inspires transformation.
